Creation and development of product teams inside a services organisation. The aim was to embed capability services into the Innoverse and Location Inisights market offerings. Accomplishments include:
- Increased revenue by over 15x and customers by 1000% in under 2 years
- Developed pricing models, GTM material, and benefits training to drive sales
- Established external vendor relationships to support team growth

Took ownership of the DecisionPoint 3 credit origination platform vision and roadmap and expanded the market presence of channel solutions across ANZ. Key activities included:
- Growing revenue by 6x ($6M to $33M) in 5 years
- Increasing customers by 40x (from 2 to 80) in 5 years
- Grew a single enterprise solution to over a dozen industry SME solutions
Product Manager
Established a culture of Product Management in the software development process. Entrusted to bring best practice skills in managing projects and providing a vision for the product roadmap.
- Developed AGILE business requirements to create a card-not-present batch submission product
- Sprint management including backlog creation, grooming, and retrospectives
- Provided Spanish translation to our largest ecommerce portal customer in Latin America.
